Ghislaine

From starting in admin in a small mechanical workshop back in 2002 to being the owner of Balanced Books by Jazz 2020, my career has been one that I love and will continue to grow. Over the years, I have completed a Cert III & Diploma in Business Management, Cert IV & Diploma in Accounting, Cert IV in Property and Diploma in HR.

In early 2020, amidst the hype of COVID-19, I was made redundant in my bookkeeping position as I worked in the hospitality industry. I was a single working mum to 3 children, and I needed to work. I applied for a bookkeeping position, which led me to where I am today, a sole trader running my own business. Despite the hectic pace, having the flexibility to work around my family's schedule was invaluable. 

I am currently in the process of gaining my BAS Agent registration, and I comply with the legislation by working under the direction of Accounts Dynamic, Registered BAS Agent #26085044.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with and supporting my two girls in activities they enjoy. I am also finding time for myself to go back to Reformer Pilates and horse riding.
